The 2021 Western Oregon Comedy Competition – McMinnville First Round (November 20th, 2021)

With two of the three First Rounds completed, The Western Oregon Comedy Competition will be coming to McMinnville on November 20th for the final First Round event of the WOCC! And this time the Willamette Valley Comedy Club will be at 3rd Street Pizza Company’s Moonlight Theater!

Comedians Danelle Porter, Julia Corral, Lee Tillman, Adam Pasi, Dianna Potter, Dennis Cruise, Cam Strong, Steve Harber, Kayla Marie, Kara Morehart, and Marla Eyvette Massie! Hosted by very funny Tony Meyer and MC’d by some person named Andrew Brunello.

Tickets are cheap and cost only $10 online, or are just $15 the day of the show at the door. 3rd Street Pizza will be open, so delicious pizzas, salads, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase before and during the show. This event may feature material that is not suitable for everyone and is recommended for those aged 18 & up. **In accordance with local COVID-19 protocols, masks are to be worn at all times in the theater when not actively eating or drinking. No exceptions. And we ask that if you are sick at all to please stay home.**

UFOS: A Comedy Showcase in Downtown McMinnville (Sept 24th, 2021)

Get ready for some out-of-this-world laughter on Friday, September 24th in Downtown McMinnville, right in the middle of this year’s UFOFest! The Willamette Valley Comedy Club and The Zodiac Lounge Presents Undeniably Funny Opinions & Stories!

UFOs 2021 (1)Sam Miller headlines a terrific evening of comedy that starts at 7:30 PM. Plus Eliza Butler, Ryan Danley, and more. Hosted by Andrew Brunello of PNW Comedy. Masks 100% required, no exceptions.

Tickets cost $10 through Eventbrite or $12 (really $10) the day of the show at the door. The Zodiac Lounge is located at 405 NE 3rd Street, Suite 8, McMinnville, OR 97128. The Willamette Valley Comedy Club is an independent enterprise producing shows within the space. The show starts at 7:30 pm, with seating beginning at 7 PM. (A second show will be added if the first one fills up.) Concessions consisting of water, chips, and candy will be available for purchase before and during the show.

Downtown Comedy w/ Andrew Sleighter (Conan, Dry Bar) & More in McMinnville on July 25!

The Zodiac Lounge in downtown McMinnville, Oregon will be hosting a super special showcase this Sunday for the Willamette Valley Comedy Club! Andrew Sleighter, Jaren George, Julia Corral, David Kildal, and Danelle Porter will be stopping by for some jokes with the folx of Mac at 8 PM, doors at 7. (Andrew Brunello FINAL 11 X 17 DCZL july 25thalso be mc’ing the night.) Andrew Sleighter is closing out the show and has been seen on Team Coco‘s Conan on TBS and has a Dry Bar Comedy special out!

 

The suggested ticket price is $10, but we’ll work with ya if that’s an obstacle to seeing the show. Julius ‘Juice’ Northington and Victoria Ward are working hard to make the lounge a great spot for live comedy and events, so come out and support them, live comedy, and a great new venue!
