The 2020 Western Oregon Comedy Comp is here! Ticket & Info

Get ready for Oregon’s favorite comedy contest! The Western Oregon Comedy Competition gets started this week with TWO events! One on Friday, March 6th at 8 PM in Forest Grove at the amazing Diversity Club & Cafe. And the other, on Saturday, March 7th at 9 PM in McMinnville at The Mac Club!

This year’s WOCC is bigger and better than ever before! With five shows at four venues in three different, two different rounds will decide the one ultimate winner! And the best part? You, the audience, get to decide which of the nearly 40 comics walk away with the $500 cash prize, glory, and future bookings!

March 6th – Forest Grove – Tickets $12 – 21 & Up (8 PM Showtime, 7 PM Seating) – Diversity Club & Cafe
March 7th – McMinnville – Tickets $10 Online, $12 Door – 21 & Up (9 PM Showtime, 8 PM Seating) – Mac Club
March 12th – Salem – Tickets $12 Online, $15 Door – 18 & Up (8 PM Showtime, 7:30 PM Seating) – Capitol City Theater
March 21st – McMinnville – Tickets $10, $12 Door – 21 & Up (9 PM Showtime, 8 PM Seating) – Mac Club

The Finals of the WOCC will happen in April at Mac Market’s Big Stage in McMinnville. Those voted into the final round will have ten minutes to dazzle to the crowd!

Live Comedy at Mac Market with Lance Edward & More (Jan 18th, 2020)

If you like comedy, you won’t want to miss this Saturday’s upcoming show at Mac Market in McMinnville’s Granary District. This standup show, which is for people aged 18 and up, features Lance Edward, who was voted one of Willamette Week’s 2019 Funniest Five in Portland!

Also featuring on the show is Chris Johnson, who was also just voted one of WW’s 2019 Funniest Five.

Opening up the show is Salem’s Darin Thompson! Hosted by Andrew Brunello. Seating begins at 7 PM, with showtime at 8 PM. General Admission tickets cost $10 online (Click me! for tickets), or $12 at the door. There is also a limited amount of Table Seating available for $25 each.

Live Comedy All Evening In McMinnville on Dec 21st

Laughs will be rolling in McMinnville, Oregon tomorrow night! Starting at 5 PM and going strong until almost midnight, PNW Comedy will have a full evening of laugh-options in store of all to enjoy!

5 PM – Standup Writing Workshop w/ Sam Miller ($10 donation rec.) – This is a perfect opportunity to introduce yourself to stand-up comedy and the writing the goes along with it. You’ll learn from one of the PNW’s fastest rising comedy star, Sam Miller. And at the end of the hour-long seminar, you’ll have a chance to perform a few minutes on stage!

6 PM – Workshop Performances/Open Mic (FREE!)

8 PM – Live Comedy Show @ Mac Market Ivy Room (18 & Up, Free & Paid Seating Options) featuring Sam Miller, Ken Hamlett, Kara Morehart and more! Hosted by Andrew Brunello (me!)

10 PM – Late Night Laughs @ The Mac Club McMinnville (21 & Up, Free & Paid Seating Options) featuring Marcus Tyrrell, Tyler Jones, Austin Casler, James Blame Duhamie, and Sam Miller (again!)!
